MBS RC Cambodia ប្រមូលព័ត៌មានដែលអ្នកបំពេញក្នុង form ដើម្បីរៀបចំ Quotation និងផ្ញើជូនអ្នកវិញ។ គោលការណ៍នេះពន្យល់ពីការប្រើប្រាស់ និងការរក្សាទុកព័ត៌មានទាំងនោះ។
This policy covers information you submit through our quotation request form. We use it to prepare your quotation and send it back to you.
Information we collect / ព័ត៌មានដែលយើងប្រមូល
ឈ្មោះ លេខទូរស័ព្ទ អ៊ីមែល ព័ត៌មានក្រុមហ៊ុន អាសយដ្ឋាន ផលិតផល ចំនួន និងកំណត់សម្គាល់ដែលអ្នកផ្តល់សម្រាប់ Quotation។
Name, phone number, email, company details, address, requested products and quantities, and notes you provide for your quotation.
How we use it / របៀបប្រើប្រាស់
យើងប្រើព័ត៌មានរបស់អ្នកសម្រាប់រៀបចំ Quotation សួរបញ្ជាក់ព័ត៌មានចាំបាច់ និងផ្ញើ Quotation ជូនអ្នកវិញប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ យើងមិនប្រើព័ត៌មាននេះសម្រាប់ផ្សព្វផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម មិនលក់ និងមិនយកទៅប្រើសម្រាប់គោលបំណងផ្សេងទៀតឡើយ។
We use your information only to prepare your quotation, clarify details needed for it, and send it to you. We do not use it for marketing, sell it, or use it for unrelated purposes.
Sharing and storage / ការចែករំលែក និងរក្សាទុក
ព័ត៌មានសំណើត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ Quotation និងអាចផ្ញើទៅក្រុមការងារ MBS តាម Telegram ដើម្បីរៀបចំ Quote។ ការចូលប្រើត្រូវបានកំណត់សម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកដែលមានសិទ្ធិ និងសេវាដែលចាំបាច់សម្រាប់ដំណើរការប្រព័ន្ធ និងផ្ញើ Quote។
Requests are stored in our quotation system and may be sent to authorized MBS staff through Telegram. Hosting and communication providers process information needed to operate the system and deliver your quotation. Security checks may process technical connection information to protect the form from abuse.
យើងរក្សាទុកព័ត៌មានតាមតម្រូវការសម្រាប់សំណើ និង Quotation របស់អ្នក។ អ្នកអាចទាក់ទងយើងស្នើឱ្យកែ ឬលុបព័ត៌មានបាន។
We keep information as needed for your request and quotation. You can contact us to request correction or deletion.
Your choices / សិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នក
សូមទាក់ទងតាមអ៊ីមែល ឬលេខទូរស័ព្ទខាងក្រោម ដើម្បីស្នើឱ្យកែ ឬលុបព័ត៌មាន។ ប្រសិនបើមានកំណត់ត្រាដែលយើងត្រូវរក្សាទុកតាមច្បាប់ យើងនឹងពន្យល់ជូនអ្នកនៅពេលឆ្លើយតបនឹងសំណើ។
